Satisfaction Assurance
Here at Soleone Luxury Basics your satisfaction
is our priority. You may return or exchange unworn/unlaundered items within 15
days of receiving your parcel. All tags and packaging must be intact. Due to health
code regulations, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Send Something
to Us
(1) Please email customerservice@soleone.net explaining
your situation. You will receive a reply that includes your mandatory Return/Exchange
Authorization (RMA) Number.
(2) Place the item in the packaging in which it
was received. This is the original brand packaging in which each item is
wrapped. If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a
box along with the original receipt. If you do not have the original box,
please use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit (we are not
responsible for damage to products in transit back to us).
(3) Using a pre-paid & traceable delivery
method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.), send it to the postal address indicated in the
email reply you receive with the Return/Exchange Authorization (RMA) Number.
Receiving
Your Credit/Refund
For returns, we will refund you the amount
indicated on your receipt, less the shipping charges. For exchanges, we will
credit your Soleone customer account for the amount indicated on your receipt,
less the shipping charges. Returns and exchanges are typically
processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the items at our facility.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged
goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the item(s) remain
unopened, unworn, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full.
